I purchased this amazing film book for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived within the delivery time so I was delighted. I was having issues trying to download the video to the book myself, highly recommend paying the small price to have it preloaded when you purchase if your like me and not computer savvy. I messaged Kevin to see if I was doing the steps correctly and he offered to do it for me! I sent him the link and within 20 minutes the video was back and I downloaded it easily. The quality of th wedding video is as good as the original and so much better than watching it on my phone. My whole family and friends were so impressed with this amazing idea. I will be ordering 3 more in the new year for my other children’s weddings and one for myself. Customer service is the best, the book and stand are a centrepiece for any home. I can’t rate this any higher!!

My husband surprised me with this for our wedding anniversary and it was perfect! The stand is beautiful, sturdy and well-made, making a great accompaniment to the canvas album.

My one suggestion would be to update the design of the stand so you can open the album without having to take it off the stand. I would also love to see different timber options or colours for the stand in the future.

I absolutely LOVE Film Note and the stand that comes with it - 5 stars and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful product

I could not recommend Filmnote more! I created a video for my sisters 10 year wedding anniversary on iMovie and when I uploaded it myself to our Filmnote book, it was jumpy. I emailed them and Kevin replied within 10 minutes and had it fixed within the hours. Thank you, Kevin! I will be purchasing one for myself and my other sister now :)
